What happens during counselling?

You are given a safe, confidential, private space where you can talk about your problems as freely as possible and explore the root causes behind the difficulties you are facing. Whether you are suffering with anxiety, depression, or LGB specific issue, our sessions provide an opportunity for to understand the issue better and develop a bespoke way to move past it that makes sense to you.

How do I know if I need counselling?

Counselling is suitable for people with any kind of mental health issue, such as depression, anxiety, traumatic memories, loneliness, relationship or family issues, any losses or abuses suffered in the past, or any other recurring issue that you feel like you need help with. .

How long does each session last?

Sessions last 50 minutes

How do I pay for counselling sessions?

Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer

What if I can’t make an appointment?

If you cannot make an appointment, let me know as soon as possible. Please note that I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, otherwise you will be charged the full fee for missed sessions. If you can’t come to an in-person session, I also work with clients over Microsoft Teams, allowing you to be more flexible with your counselling and do it from the comfort of your own home.
